With his unique aesthetic style, the director skillfully blends gothic architecture, ornate and exquisite exteriors, surrealist elements and modern technology to create a strong visual impact, further emphasizing the fantasy atmosphere of the film.
This is a very weird movie, and Emma Stone’s bed scene makes people feel uncomfortable to watch, but her acting is indeed weird and evil, and it’s no surprise that she won the Oscar for Best Actress.
