The movie tells the story of Sang-woo, a 7-year-old grandson who grew up in the city and was temporarily sent to the countryside by his mother to be taken care of by his 77-year-old grandmother. At the beginning, Sang-woo is very unkind to his poor and mute grandmother, and is full of dissatisfaction with the life in the countryside, but as time passes, under his grandmother’s impeccable care and attention, the gap between him and his grandmother gradually disappears, and gradually generates a kind of family bonding, and Sang-woo gradually learns to Sang-woo also learns to understand and respect her.

Drama Synopsis:
In order to make it easier to find a job, mom takes 7-year-old Sang-woo (Yu Seung-ho) to his grandmother’s house in the countryside, where she wants to leave him temporarily.
Grandma (played by Kim Yi-Fin) is old and can’t speak or read.
His grandson, Sang-woo, who has always lived in the city, is at first unable to adapt to life in the countryside, where there are no video games or batteries for sale.
He begins to show his discontent brutally, complaining about this and that.
In order to buy batteries, he steals his grandmother’s silver hairpin and sells it. When his grandmother learns that his grandson wants to eat fried chicken, she only understands the chicken meat, and stews a chicken for his grandson, only to be kicked over by an angry Sang-woo.
The old man quietly tolerates everything about his grandson. Gradually, Sang-woo also realizes his grandmother’s good intentions and adapts to and enjoys life in the countryside.
