Brian loses his identity as a police officer when he lets Dominic go and becomes a fugitive from the law. He makes his living in Miami by taking part in illegal street racing, during one of the street races, Brian is caught by the police. Brian makes a deal with the police to become an undercover agent along with his childhood friend to help the police break up a criminal gang involved in money laundering and drugs.

Plot Synopsis:
Cunning Miami businessman Carter (ColeHauser) is secretly engaged in international money laundering using his trading company as a front.
