Unlike the previous two episodes, this episode features new characters and actors and is set in Tokyo, Japan.
The plot follows Sean, an American high school student who is forced to move to Tokyo to live with his father after facing legal problems for his involvement in illegal racing.
In Tokyo, Sean discovers a whole new culture of racing – drift racing, a technique that requires drivers to slide their vehicles at high speeds by skillfully maneuvering them around sharp corners.
Under the tutelage of an expert, Sean gradually masters the drifting technique and prepares to challenge his skills in a life-or-death race.

Plot Summary:
Tokyo, has always been a paradise for tuned car enthusiasts, where the complex and narrow streets become a track where they fight with passion and speed.
Due to the extreme curves of Tokyo streets, pure speed cannot win when competing on such routes.
Therefore, the Tokyo street race becomes a competition of drifting skills.
The main character, Sean (Lucas BlackLucas Black), is doomed to be a loser, friendless at school, and the only place he can vent his frustration is street racing. After experiencing an illegal race and being wanted by the police, he is forced to leave the United States in order to avoid jail time and go to Tokyo to the home of his father, who is serving in the military.
But the authoritarian nature of his father makes Sean feel out of place, and he remains obsessed with street racing every day.
Sean is fascinated by the drifting skills of the Tokyo cars and befriends DK (Brian Tee), the “King of Drift”.
With ties to a Japanese crime syndicate, Sean is forced to race again to make up for his mistakes, and this time the stakes are his own life.
