The movie tells the story of a U.S. FBI agent who is tasked with protecting a key witness who can expose an illegal arms smuggling deal involving the government. As the plot develops, he is framed by a traitor, and not only does he have to fight against the evil forces, but he also has to protect the witness from being hunted down and killed, and in the end, the agent succeeds in stopping the arms deal and defeats all of the assailants.

Plot Synopsis:
Ellen (Vanessa L. Williams), a senior employee at West Calendar, the largest weapons manufacturer in the United States, slowly discovers something shady about the company – that it produces and trades on the black market a banned weapon. The company produces a banned weapon and trades it on the black market.
The FBI used Ellen to obtain some evidence, and Ellen became a key witness in the case.
Given the power of the company, the Witness Protection Center sends Marshal John (Arnold Schwarzenegger) to protect Allen.
When John arrives at Allen’s house, the killer is in the process of murdering Allen.
John rescues a stunned Ellen and tells her about the current situation.
After settling Ellen, John heads to a bar to meet with his companion Robert (James Caan), who tells John that he has to reschedule because of a leak in the witness protection program and asks John to come along for the ride.
John, who has always worked independently, becomes suspicious and slowly begins to feel that the forces behind this are not simple.
