小森林 冬春篇

Unable to fit into the hustle and bustle of the big city, Ichiko (Ai Hashimoto), an ordinary girl, chooses to go back to her hometown where she grew up, the village of Komori, located in the northeastern region of Japan.

There is no fashionable civilization here, and the locals live a traditional life of sunrise and sunset, relying on the sky to feed them and their hands to run their lives.

Although life is not rich, their hearts are full of fulfillment and joy.

Influenced by her mother (Kirishima Kareen), Ichiko seems to have a strong interest in making all kinds of delicious and inexpensive dishes with her own hands.

As her mother has been missing for a long time, memories and recreations of cooking have become a unique way of communication between mother and daughter.

How can they waste the ingredients that come from nature? Accompanied by her best friends Noriko (Miyu Matsuoka) and Yuta (Takayoshi Miura), Ichiko quietly passes through spring, summer, fall, and winter. …… This film is based on the original work by manga artist Daisuke Igarashi.
