The movie is based on the famous wrongful deaths in Northern Ireland, England, Kilford four case, about the Irish youth Gary in October 1975 in England was wrongly accused of Kilford bar bombing masterminds, these four people in this case during the trial, has been tortured by the police to force confessions, was beaten into confessions, and ultimately they were convicted of murder and was sentenced to imprisonment.
While in prison Gary is locked up with his father and the two spend time together, gradually resolving the conflict between them.
Later, the leader of the Northern Ireland revolution, who actually planted the bomb, is also imprisoned and admits to the police that he was responsible for the pub bombing, but the police pretend not to know in order to maintain their reputation.
The father and son are tortured in prison, but it is not until years later that the appearance of a British lawyer who insists on justice brings them hope for a reversal of the case, and finally unearths evidence that the police have hidden the truth and fabricated a crime, so that justice is finally served after fifteen years of wrongful imprisonment.
