Plot Synopsis:
Alain (Fernando Rey FernandoRey), a wealthy French tycoon, is running the world’s largest heroin smuggling network, and the police are unable to track him down, and an undercover cop is brutally murdered.
On the other side of New York City, Detectives Doyle (Gene Hackman) and Russo (Roy Scheider) are still fighting with local drug traffickers in a bar, unaware that Alan is planning to smuggle $32 million in heroin into the United States.
