Police officer Brian is sent undercover to investigate a series of robberies involving high-performance race cars in the street racing underground of Los Angeles. Brian gradually infiltrates a racing family led by Dominic, and not only does he become emotionally attached to Dominic’s sister, Mia, but he also gradually begins to identify with the lifestyle of Dominic and his team. In the end, Brian lets Dominic go out of righteousness.

Plot Synopsis:
The youth of Los Angeles are passionate about street racing, where if you have speed, you have everything.
As a newly promoted police officer, Brian (Paul Walker) goes undercover in order to solve the recent spate of biker carjackings, he infiltrates the active biker gangs and gathers evidence in order to bring the criminals to justice.
Bryan quickly wins the admiration and trust of Biker boss Dominic (Van Diesel) with his excellent driving skills, and soon falls in love with Dominic’s sister Mia (Jordana Brewster).
However, Vince, the second-in-command of the Flyers, is hostile to Bryan; it turns out that Vince has always had a crush on Mia, and Bryan’s arrival threatens his position as second-in-command.
As the members of the Bikers begin to suspect that there is a mole in their ranks, things start to get tough for Brian.
And as their friendship with Dominic grows deeper the longer they stay in contact with each other, Bryan begins to find himself in a dilemma.
