“As Hacksaw’s condition worsens, his protégé Amanda begins to assist him in his final game, in which a surgeon and a father who has lost his son to a vengeful rage become the protagonists of the game. As the story unfolds, Amanda’s execution of the “Harp Saw” program gradually goes to extremes, and she begins to deviate from her original intention of “transforming humanity” and prefers to create pure horror and death.

Plot Synopsis:
“Hacksaw” (Tobin Bell TobinBell) has disappeared along with his new apprentice, Amanda, and the police are searching everywhere, filling the city with clouds of gloom.
One night, a female doctor, Dr. Lane Dylan (Bahar Soomekh), is kidnapped after working the late shift, and wakes up in a state of shock to find herself tied up in an empty, abandoned house, along with another unlucky victim, Jeff (Angus Macfadyen).
With “Hacksaw” bedridden and dying, Lane is told that unless she can keep the madman alive until the death game is complete, she and Jeff will die! In order to survive, Lianne is on edge, trying to keep Hacksaw breathing.
But she can’t imagine that the maniac has an even more horrific plan to kill people – and it will be the infamous “Hacksaw’s” death-defying pre-dawn splendor! The final game of death is about to begin ……
