The movie tells the story of a Hong Kong policeman, Jackie Chan, who succeeded in capturing a major drug lord in one of his missions. However, due to the lack of evidence, the drug lord was soon released, and in order to bring the drug lord to justice once again, he risked his life to collect the evidence and went through countless dangerous situations.
Jackie Chan did not use a stunt double many times during the filming process, but personally performed many very dangerous stunt scenes. During the filming period, Jackie Chan was nearly paralyzed due to spinal damage and pelvic dislocation.
Jackie Chan not only starred in the movie, but also acted as the writer and director. Although his performance was very energetic, the level of writing and directing was not satisfactory.

Plot Summary:
A SWAT-trained policeman, Chan Ka Kui (Jackie Chan), is an honest and hardworking man who often neglects his girlfriend (Maggie Cheung).
During a siege operation, Chan arrests drug lord Chu Tao, but due to the sudden disappearance of witness (Chu’s secretary) Salina (Brigitte Lin), he fails to bring him to justice and Chan is demoted.
In order to take revenge on Chan, Chu lures him to the villa where Salina is being held captive and sends one of his men to kill a policeman to frame him for the crime, leaving Chan in exile under the police’s warrant.
Salina, who escaped by chance, realizes the unscrupulous nature of Chu Tao. In order to protect herself, she sneaks into Chu Tao’s office and steals the evidence, but she is chased by his men to the shopping mall, where Chan Ka Kui arrives in time to start a fierce battle with Chu Tao’s men.
